Thanks to Nazareth Skateboarder, the Dent Interview Has Been Saved

After bragging all of last week about my interview with Lehigh Valley Congressman Charlie Dent, I very nearly destroyed it. In the process of transferring the file from recorder to PC, I managed to lose the file, except for some gibberish unrecognized by any media player. I tried downloading all kind of different programs that could read anything, but not this. I even called John's Computer Consulting, thinking he might be able to help. He's off at a Ron Paul convention somewhere.

Then the answer suddenly hit me. Who knows more about computers and software than anyone?

Kids.

Last summer, I was really impressed by the videos and other graphics that Nazareth skateboarder Stefan Herbst had been able to upload on the Internet. He and his fellow miscreants went to work. By Saturday, the Dent interview was back! The only problem is that, every now and then, Charlie says things like "Can you do a 360 heelflip?" and "Let's all go do a few ollies."

Stefan sure is a lot smarter than his father, Nazareth Borough Councilman Jack Herbst.

Now I have to go clean the skate park.

You mean a bunch of skaters, the same bunch of kids that others look down upon, did a good deed for politics?

Sweet!
