Will You Be in the Path of Totality?

It's coming. There's nothing you or anyone can do about it. On August 21, the Great American Eclipse will arrive. It will be the first coast-to-coast total eclipse since 1918, and the first time since 1252 with a "path of totality" that will only exist here in the continental US.

The "path of totality" is about a 70-mile wide stretch of land, extending from Oregon to South Carolina, where there will be a total eclipse. Here in the Lehigh Valley, a partial eclipse will occur.

Chances of best weather are in the western US.

No clue this was happening - thanks for the heads up! The last (partial) eclipse I can recall happening in the Lehigh Valley I think was in the mid 90's at some point.

Apparently the August 21st one will be a bit to our south, but at its peak at 2:44PM should noticeably darken the sky...
