Moore Tp Constable Candidate Participated in Jan 6 Insurrection

Yesterday, I warned you about Moore Tp Constable candidate Matt Flower. He's a bulletproof vest-wearing, flag-waving "patriot" with a string of arrests in multiple counties going back to 2002. Everything from harassment to driving without as license. He's also been involved as Plaintiff or Defendant in nine Protection from Abuse Act matters. He admits he was "peacefully demonstrating" at the capitol on January 6, when domestic terrorists ransacked the halls of Congress. He denies participating in the violence and claims he's been "cleared" by the FBI. "I am not afraid of arrest, prison or rogue judges," he adds.

He faces no federal charges ... yet, but he's by no means been cleared.

The evidence I have indicates he is far from a peaceful protester. Let's go over the following three pictures:

Above is a pic posted by Flower himself at the state capitol. Festooned with a bulletproof vest,  black tactical gloves and what appears to be a rifle, Flower is waving a tiny American  flag. This appears to be a peaceful protest.

Next we have a picture of Flower at the nation's capitol on January 6, where metal police barriers were converted into ladders to enable domestic terrorists to climb the wall. Flower is hesitating. Perhaps his conscience bothers him. Perhaps he's wondering whether he's a bit too tubby to do any wall climbing.

Where there's a will there's a way! The final pic shows Flower getting his fat ass pulled up the wall by a few fellow domestic terrorists.

What really bothers me more than anything about this guy is he's a woman beater.  During the 2014 incident in which he tackled and strangled his wife, she was pregnant. And this "patriot" knew it.

But Bernie, Rep Gosar has told us that the "protestors" on Jan 6 were nothing more than tourists! You know, out for a patriotic visit to the Capitol to witness democracy in action. A total crock of shit. Funny - he doesn't look like a member of ANTIFA or BLM - another crock that the GOP's bottom feeders are serving up to their minions.

I would buy the large bottle of Armour All Turd Shine if I had that record .

Any felonies? Because if so, carrying a rifle is another

He claimed in court the rifle was a "replica". All his convictions are, so far, misdemeanors and only an actual felony conviction precludes being a law-enforcing Constable in this Commonwealth for some twisted reason. We certainly have enough problems with Rambo wannabees in law enforcement these days. Cops should be required to watch Adam 12 daily to remember what the job is supposed to be like.

Hey Bernie,

Thanks again for your excellent reporting, but these pictures are old news. They aired on CNN, the Washington post, WFMZ and probably a dozen other news outlets across the world back in January.

Friends and family in other countries contacted me to say: "IS THIS YOU?"

Let me first say that January 6th was an amazing day, despite some incidents of vandalism and fisticuffs by unruly members of the crowd and those who created disturbances inside the building.

At the invitation of my President, Donald Trump, I saw a force of Patriots band together to make their voice heard and to demand election integrity.

Upon being fired on with tear gas while calmly sitting in a tree on the Capitol Building lawn, I escaped the gas in the only direction possible, given the massive throng of demonstrating bodies: UP.

I make no apologies for it.

Not only was I peaceful, but after reaching the veranda, I encouraged demonstrators to respect the police line and paced between a throng of angry citizens and a tense Capitol Police force.

Mind you, this all after being gassed.

The Capitol Police Lieutenant both thanked me and shook my hand in front of dozens of witnesses. But you didn't report on any of that. Strange...

I will add that the the only people I have ever incapacitated are those who have attacked me.

I don't discriminate between black, white, male, female or religious preference.

If a person demonstrates a material threat to my safety or that of my family, they are going down by any means necessary to neutralize the threat. That is an undeniable right of every citizen.

Sorry. Not sorry.

Wow. That was a great explanation. I'm hoping to hear the explanation for the choking of the pregnant wife. I'm sure it will be just as satisfactory. Did she trip and you caught her with your hands by her throat? She probably kissed you and said you were a nice guy at one point, but nobody reports that...strange.

So you are saying you ran away from the police...interesting.

Question for Mr. Flower (if that really is the poster) - Were you not aware that wall-climbing wasn’t really necessary? Around front, the Capital Police swung opened the doors and aided anyone with access in and out of the interior?

Matt - You went full retard, man. Never go full retard.

"Let me first say that January 6th was an amazing day" - Lots of ways to interpret "amazing" here, but as you know the day was well documented on TV and social media from thousands of angles and view points. Downplaying it with "some incidents of vandalism and fisticuffs" is being dishonest to the reader and with yourself.

"At the invitation of my President, Donald Trump, I saw a force of Patriots band together to make their voice heard and to demand election integrity. Interesting choice using the word "Force" - also "Patriots" to describe the mob is a stretch. Election was fair and legal, a lot of courts ruled on that fact, but you have a history with not liking court decisions don't you?

Upon being fired on with tear gas while calmly sitting in a tree on the Capitol Building lawn, I escaped the gas in the only direction possible, given the massive throng of demonstrating bodies: UP.

Lot to unpack here - why, after Trumps speech, did you go and sit in a tree on the Capitol lawn? Was this inside or outside of the existing Capitol Police perimeter? You sort of left that detail out for us. Why not just go home like any peaceful Patriot would? Are you commonly in areas where tear gas is being dispensed? Wasn't that a context clue, that maybe you shouldn't really be there? I'm beginning to think you may not have the critical thinking, rational judgment and situational awareness skills that are needed for a Constable to do the job correctly.

I make no apologies for it. - So,... lack of remorse - got it.

Not only was I peaceful, but after reaching the veranda, I encouraged demonstrators to respect the police line and paced between a throng of angry citizens and a tense Capitol Police force. Is this really what happened or is this just how you think you remember it happening - it's common for one to project noble/good intention on one's behavior during high stress/anxiety moments. As the kids like to say, "Pics or it didn't happen."

Mind you, this all after being gassed. Again, you were somewhere you shouldn't have been - that is why police use tear gas - to break up and dissipate crowds that are getting dangerous to themselves and others.

The Capitol Police Lieutenant both thanked me and shook my hand in front of dozens of witnesses. But you didn't report on any of that. Strange... Kinda like your old girlfriend from Canada that you met a summer camp that nobody knows...

Matt - you need help - please for your sake and others - get it.

Im confused. Were these taken on the same day or am I missing something? He is obviously wearing a different outfit. Was that really him?

Is it a crime to stand outside the capitol with a bullet resistant vest and an assault rifle and a bi-pod? I dont think it is illegal in PA. Body armor, like a taser, is a prohibitive offensive item.

Who hangs out around the US Capitol armed like that?

I decline to host any comments attempting to deny or minimize the Jan 6 attempted coup. We all saw it.

Yes, you appear to be missing something. The first pic was taken at the state capitol, and I specifically note that. This pic was posted by Flower himself, and I posted it so you would get a good idea what he looks like in case he denied he was the person in the subsequent pics at the US capitol. But he admitted it.

@10:56 - The picture of him daintily holding the little flag was taken in Harrisburg, while he and others were throwing their tantrums over COVID and that Governor Wolf being a big meanie to them by not allowing them to go out to eat like they were used to.

The other pictures of him below that, are of him on Jan 6th throwing a spaz with other "Dress Up Patriots" (I believe his costume came from a box called MEAL Team 6: Dessert Storm) over not liking the fact that a majority of the country disliked the guy who they delusionally worship and was no longer allowed to be President which really upset them.

He's a bit of a snowflake, not sure he could handle a job as Constable really...

Wanna be 'Patriots' who think they're Law Enforcement.

Wannabe Law Enforcement. Wannabe Patriot. We seen so many of your kind on Jan 6. Stop playing dress up.

He might just be a match made in heaven for the West Easton constable. The only thing they might disagree on is who loves Trump more.

Did he bring a weapon to the Capitol?

I would LOVE to know what kind of a "threat" his PREGNANT wife could have presented to his safety? Especially since its apparently established on the record that he attacked her more than once.

Sounds like another abuser trying to justify beating women... and pregnant ones at that. Thats not just an attack on her ether, that could have easily resulted in harm to what we can only presume was his own unborn child.

I thought the 3rd pic was Paul Blart. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

What does he drive ,I saw a car today that looked like an old police vehicle here in Forks. And driver looked like him.

I’m here to tell you ,I was at our range most days during Heavy Carona period. Almost every day ,not raining or snowing. Most people that own an AR platform of many variables, can’t hit a golf ball at 25 yrds .and they have optics in Picatinny Rails with scopes . But there not lined up properly. That can’t because they don’t know how , to hold shoots less than 9 minutes of angle at 100 yrds. So that’s about what LE s do in training,in average. He might be good fit if controlled and I’m personally impressed he could scale that wall. Most of his detractors can not. He probably went up ,because he could. His domestic issues are generally with out any documentation apparently. I’m not defending him , I’m just an observer. He’s not apparently convicted of anything. Unless I missed something. Being held is not conviction . Ok I ready for flak .

mcall has an article on this charming candidate today.
https://tinyurl.com/4rpxcvpr

He proudly states he will not enforce any PFA enforcement action. Luckily there are two other Republicans running - hopefully they will kick his butt. We don't need people who are supposed to enforce the law making up their own excuses not to.

Peterjcochran....a Constable is allowed (with mandatory training) to carry a firearm. Not mandatory. Many don't have the training and are not allowed. A Constable primarily serves papers. Sometimes transports a detainee. If a person seems violent the Constable should do exactly what the rest of us would do....call the actual police. This SWAT stuff is out of hand.

His domestic issues are NOT without documentation. I highly recommend you read the Morning Call piece on him. Everything stated in that article is a matter of legal record.

When you do that, also bear in mind that in this country, money can buy you out of a lot and go a long way towards getting charges reduced. The judicial system is so heavily biased based on money it is appalling. Also bear in mind that the vast majority of domestic violence incidents never get reported and of the ones that do, many times charges get dropped by frightened or gaslit victims or police don't have enough to move forward w charges, but that hardly means the incident didn't occur.

So if this guy has this much ON the record, i shudder to think of how much is off the record.

No one with even a fraction of what he has on his record should even be allowed to run and the apparent lack of standards for these elected officials is terrifying.

Patriot my ass. I'm hard pressed to understand what that word means in todays world.

Anon 6:06 I perfectly aware, I was a working Constable here for about 20 years. I’ve seen cowboys and stupid stuff just like cops did before they had to get screened in the bklater 70s . I do not know this man or know why he had a Marine Corps cover on his head . I only stated my observation from this blog, and added that most people that own AR-15s can’t hold 8 minutes of angle on a target Evan with optics . To me that’s not dangerous that’s “bowling “ . Anybody that thinks they are a tiger with this in their hands would be dog meat to a real competitive rifle shooter. So don’t worry. So , he’s on here and a you say “ Morning Call” too. That’s only giving him attention that an opponent doesn’t get.

Flower lost handily to someone who sounds like they deserve the position.

I was standing next to Matt the entire time, and all he did was stand with me in front of the police department and discourage and prevent violence
I didn't get arrested by Feds either, and Bernie O'Hare I would sue for millions if this libel was about me.
