Lynch Files Late Pre-Primary Campaign Finance Report

Northampton County Executive hopeful Steve Lynch finally got around to filing his pre-primary campaign finance report on Tuesday. Filed two days, his report is incomplete. It fails to allow voters to follow the money, the very reason they are required by law.

Lynch reports having received $15,318.24, and $11,000 of that sum comes from himself. Most of the contributions fail to include the address ore employer of the donor. One of them just includes the first name of some lady. It was obviously put together in a hurry and with little regard for the public's right to know.

So much for transparency.

So he gave himself $11,000.00 for his campaign. Where does a guy like this get 11g from? He just had it in the bank?
This should be looked into by the election commissioner

Still voting for him as a protest against big union and lawyer money McClure. It's unfortunate that a diabolical executive with so much death at his comfortable door is not receiving a serious challenge. People died while Lamont and council toed the company line from comfortable living rooms, watching Tiger king and issuing unscientific edicts for the great unwashed to follow. And Rs put up Lynch. We deserve this. We deserve more McClure. I'm waiting to hear him say how precious our elderly are ....

This is partly what happens with citizen candidates. they don't have access to pro-bono lawyers etc. They often dont know what is required, it is a learn as you go affair.

Any incomplete or inaccurate filings like this should be considered intent to fraud and thereby make them ineligible for any government position and more especially immediately remove their name from any upcoming ballot. And further if it is found to be intentional the politician and his financial team should go to jail for an hour for every dollars of fraud. And if it is found that it was intentional all their assets should be immediately frozen and they, their family, and associates should all go through a 100% IRS and financial audit for inconsistencies.

Then the local or regional government if the liar is found guilty should have the ability to immediately seize all that individual political assets go after groups set up for the support of that individual if they are also found to have inconsistencies. To a penalty of triple the value of the fraud.

What a disaster. He’s holding a “rally” at Hotel Bethlehem this Friday. Guess the hotel employees will be bringing a lot of leftover food back to their families after the event. Just stick to running your imaginary nutrition business Steve, and leave the important position of county executive to candidates of substance.

Either he is hiding something - OR - most people see him as a loser and aren't going to waste their money backing a lame horse in a race they know he can't win.

So, anyone hear about Steve Lynch’s rally extravaganza on Friday? Where are the pics of this star-studded event Bernie?
