It's quite simple. If you like Mr Thiel and you plan to vote for him, you'll attend. If you don't give a rat's ass about him, you won't.

It might be time to upgrade Thiel to Fed Ed Medium. Who would give him $1,000 and not expect political favors? Thiel, a one time Pawlowski insider, is beginning to look like a complete and total politician. I'm afraid Thiel may be the chosen candidate of NIZ investors, I haven't seen any of the other candidates seeking 4 figure donations.
