Norco Coroner Zach Lysek asked me today if local municipal solicitor Jim Broughal is OK.
"His color seems to be a bit off," he suggested. "Does he look a little tired to you?"
He does look a little pale. Lysek assured me he's ready at a moment's notice to render his service.

Jim Broughal is the finest municipal solicitor in the LV. Zach Lysek made me post this story or get in his wagon.
I am the typical cheap Bethlehem Township resident but agree that Broughal does a fine job and his rates for this municipal work are reasonable. My only worry is that he is in the vicinity of retirement age and we will end up with someone who is less experienced and more expensive.
