I wouldn't brag about the endorsement of the ABC
His best endorsement is from county executive Callahan.
The ABC is spending millions a year to promote anti-union, anti-government policies that are putting America’s workforce at risk,” said Dr. Thomas J. Kriger, author of the report. “The ABC’s low road employment strategy may have produced short term gains for open shop contractors and construction users, but this strategy also produced negative consequences for the industry and society.”
While I do not doubt Judge Emil Giordano is a responsible citizen; his list of ringing endorsements from the business/corporate community, the GOP and many FOP Lodges statewide are powerful disincentives to cast a vote his way. Lacking broad based citizen support is a no-go.
I don't know what planet you've been on, but Judge Giordano has an immense amount of grass roots support. He is overwhelmingly popular, and could easily run for some other office statewide and win. You are criticizing him bc he has bipartisan support? Alrighty then.
Why is he getting involved in the county race for judge per the flyer I received today?
I would have to see the flyer. I have one from Scomillio and he does not mention Judge Giordano. He ticked off his endorsements at the debate, and Judge Giordano's name was not among them. I am sure that, if asked, Judge Giordano would pose in a flyer with his fellow Rs. But I see no evidence that he has endorsed anyone in the county race. He appeared at a rally with Sam in the Spring. I did not take that as an endorsement either. He is trying to promote his own candidacy.
