Potbelly Sandwich Shop Coming to Schoenersville Center
Potbelly Sandwich Shop, the renowned restaurant that has found success in Philadelphia, D.C., and New York City is making its debut in the Lehigh Valley this August. It will be located at the Schoenersville Center, which is already home to Starbucks and Saladworks.
Located at 3217 Schoenersville Rd.
What sets this restaurant apart are signature sandwiches, hand-dipped milkshakes and live, local music.
Franchise owners Kimberly Fitzgerald and Ethan Pinney, the new sandwich shop’s owners, plan to employ 15 people and operate from 11 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. With a location near corporate call centers for businesses headquartered in NYC, Fitzgerald and Pinney are looking to cater to the corporate demographic as well as the rest of the Lehigh Valley community.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop first opened in Chicago in 1977, and now includes more than 300 shops across the United States. There are also 20-plus franchise shops in the United States and abroad, and the company is projecting more franchised shops to open in 2015.
