Exec Lamont McClure and the Northampton County Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) are offering a free seminar on writing grants for non-profit organizations. Scheduled presenters include Frank Brooks from Northampton County’s DCED, Tracey Johnson from Northampton Community College, and Maurice Luker from Lafayette College.

Had there been a charge, Republican partisans would be screaming about a governmnet charging to help people.
