What would you do with 94-acres for redevelopment in Whippany, Morris County, N.J.?
A team from Lehigh University had the best ideas for developers, earning them a victory at this year's Real Estate Challenge at Villanova, a national real estate development case competition for students from the top undergraduate real estate programs in the United States. They knocked off teams from Wharton, Cornell, NYU, Southern Cal and North Carolina, just to name a few. They won, according to the Inky's Al Heavens, because "they did provide comprehensive lists of every potential problem matching every piece of their proposal."
Dr. Stephen Thode, director of the Murray H. Goodman Center for Real Estate Studies at Lehigh, is "busting with pride over these great students."

Having attended lectures presented by Dr. Thode who some say developed the real estate school , this is wonderful news. Imagine what Lehigh will do with all the Stabler land.
