Lehigh Valley Bloggers - "Nitwits Ranting in Their Underwear!"

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
In his Monday column, Bill White has some nice words to say about local bloggers. He tells us some have unkindly described us as "nitwits ranting in their underwear." Actually, this is pretty much the truth. Lehigh County Redneck admits this morning that she blogs "naked with curlers in my hair." (I want pictures.)

Of course, blogs can be dangerous. As Bill correctly observes, "There's no editor, no professional constraints. In some cases, no moral restraints, either." So in the interest of total accuracy, I've posted a pic of what I really look like when I'm bloggin.' I'd post a pic of my editor, too, but Hustler has the copyright.

Because
1. it's true and
2. I need some points with LCR

The closest vision I can give you to LCR is the actress Cynthia Nixon who was on sex and the city.

LCR is a hot "Mature" woman, and I just want to make all of you jealous.

Hey, how'd you get that picture?

Actually, I find underwear a little too uncomfortable in this weather.

This may be my fault. I emailed alsmost every reporter/writer/columnist I could find an email address for a link to your blog trying to get someone to pick up on my story of the problems with the bridge. NO luck yet. I get get a report from the clerk that approved by Mr. Stoffa about the history and status of the brige. Yes it is on a list of structures to be replaced in 10 years whcih would be in 2010. Over my dead body this brigde wil be torn down. Not only I am not getting any help from the townshp in this matter, but Mr. McClure has not contacted me either. I guess another trip to county council is in order. I want this bridge saved and put on a historic register. I just need some help!

No one has the gall to leave their real names usually either. Good for us.

Just in case anyone from the Mornig Call is reading this, I am very disappointed with the response I have gotten from your newspaper not only to this stroy, but to the numerous request I have made to cover more of the happenings in Lower Saucon Township and the Saucon Valley School District. Paul Muschick, the Northampotn County government reperoter told me his is doing a story on bridges in Northampton county. But the Morning Call never has any reporters at important township meetings like Township Council meetings or more recenlty a public meeting on the open space referendum the township EAC is pushing. There is so mcuh more. I could go on and on with the problems in this township, especailly the fact that the open space ref will benefit a few people, most of who are on the townhsip EAC. Remember Olympus president Mark Gumz lives here, so ... and brought all his friends and employees and did little to create jobs for LV natives. And the clique that is currently running the show in Lower Saucon Township who have there best interests at heart not mine. Like former council pres, now vice pres Pricislla DeLeon, who refused to abstian form a vote that would have benefitted her husband and son. thanks to Bernie's blog that had a link to the Pa State Ethics committee, I was able to discuss this matter with someone.

To LSTresidentPIA, Northampton County Councilman Lamont McClure never bothered to contact you? What a shock!

I will contact you back channel tonight so we can discuss what is going on in more detail.

As far as the press is concerned, we always think our stories are the most important. I make that mistake myself all the time. But the reporters especially try to be fair and neutral. I think your story has merit and will probably get some coverage.
