In the dog days of Summer, between swings of the bat, some kids still find time for basketball. Liberty's feeder Canes team, full of 6th graders, waged war on Nazareth on Saturday. Many people were killed.

... your youth sports postings are still pretty clever and pass as quality entertainment.
Nazareth is a big t.eam and they are only going to get better. Most of those Canes have been playing together for years, and know what it is like to lose.

Good to see the Nazzy kid rockin the left hand ball skills. Could he go right? Those Canes are touuuugh.

At that age, it is all about getting games and experience under the belt ...
... a good ole'-fashioned butt-whooping can be very good in the long run, sometimes, with the proper guidance and instruction.
