1) Criminal Division Renovations Nearly Complete. - Following three months or renovations, which included the removal of lead paint, the office should be fully functional by Monday in its usual location in the lower level. The office had been operating out of the training room.
2) Gracedale Management. - Four proposals have been received, are being reviewed by a Committee that includes Council members Tom Dietrich and Peg Ferraro, and Stoffa is shooting for a recommendation at the August 18 Council meeting.
3) Cafeteria Management. - Three proposals are under consideration. A recommendation might come as early as this month.
4) Parking Deck. - The contractor will be back on Tuesday to finish up with a punch list of items.
5) Historic Courthouse Window Project. - Should be finished by the end of September. "I think it's beautiful," remarked the Exec.
6) Third Party health Administrator Contract. - Currently, the County is served by Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Council member Ann McHale was drafted to serve on a committee for the new contract.
