1) Shark fishing? - No. She bolted from disgraced Allentown Mayor Edwin "Fed Ed" Pawlowski in 2006, not long after he got his start. She obviously dislikes sharks.
2) Whale watching? - No. There's enough of them in Allentown alone.
3) Pushing a parking meter hike? - Bingo.
According to The Cape Gazzette, Kauffman is the Chair of Rehoboth's Parking Committee, and has proposed increasing meter fees, extending the meter season and increasing the enforcement hours.
Cuz' it's been so successful in Allentown.
Kauffman touts herself as an expert because, after leaving Allentown, she went to work for T2 Systems, which touts itself as the biggest seller of parking technology solutions in North America.
Excuse me but that just makes me suspicious. I'd like to know why a parking software company located in Indiana would be interested in someone who graduated with a teacher's degree. Did she help T2 land a deal in Allentown? In any ev3nt, her role at T2 was that of salesperson, not parking expert.
She appears to be acting as a salesperson for T2 now.

Allentown folks enjoy double-parking as a right. Maybe she'll introduce that at the beach.

She was and is a FAKE, A FRAUD and a PHONY and they now know it now in Rehoboth Beach. What a way to ruin a community that survives on tourism. Bad for resident's and tourists alike. The town has NOT grown a bit and she can move back to her sacred Allentown and help her friend the disgraced former first lady find a job. A school teach touting being an expert in parking.... make her the ringmaster of a circus. Rehoboth people are smarter then buy into a parking meter saleswoman selling us on how to live or regulate anything. Her ideas ruined business in Allentown. Three dollars an hour for parking would be higher then anywhere around. This carpetbagger should move.
Does anyone know when Ms.Kauffman retired from the Parking Authority and how much pension She receives ?
She retired Aug 2006.
What ever is said about Ms.Kauffman,She and the Authority's solicitor made the Authority a cash cow

No coincidence she retired with a fat pension as the indicted one comes out! Allentown's pension problem was CURed as well as other issues of indicted ones creation.

A sales lady selling parking meter technology is surely no expert and she was the head meter maid over 8 years ago. Exactly put as a fake and phony. She was the advocate of high meter rates which killed city business. I hope that Beach town can see thru this snake oil saleswoman's BS. What a tool.
