Northampton County reported yesterday that Covid-19 has infected three inmates. They've been quarantined since they first showing symptoms, and are being treated by , PrimeCare Medical. It has previously been reported that four staffers have been infected. These include corrections officers and a PrimeCare employee.
Employees, volunteers, visitors and tours were banned at the jail on March 10th. Inmates may still contact their loved ones via phone, tablets or mail.
Thirty-three nonviolent offenders have been released from the jail since March 31.

Trump didn't start taking any real action until the market crashed. Only then did he stop the BS of how the pandemic was under control and would be gone.
He also realized that with each death there was a possibility that he would lose more than one vote come November. Multiple family members of a dead person blaming Trump would only lose votes.
That's why he is attempting to rewrite the history of his inaction, while blaming others for his slow response.

The weekend after Trump was elected the LV Tea Party celebrated in front of the Bethlehem City Hall. The leader of the local Chamber of Commerce wrote an essay in the Morning Call stating that he was "giddy" over the election of Trump. Now so many businesses are going to fail that they won't be able to pay their chamber dues. If the Chamber Of Commerce fails maybe some of their personnel can get jobs in the Whitehouse serving drinks and mopping the floor.
