Birk Gets His Money's Worth

It's hard for me to believe, but village idiot Robert Birk once served in another role - Township Commissioner. Now this unemployed politico is at it again. He's the Republican Action Team's (RAT) darling in the at-large race for Marty Zawarski's seat. They've given him brilliant advice, too. They told him and the other RATs to refuse to appear at a debate hosted by County Republicans, attended by at least 50 voters. He made up for that faux pas by appearing at a recent Commissioner's meeting so he could tell them they do a lousy job. Unfortunately, he was on the side of the room that had already spoken. He bounced over to other side, where he was recognized and told Commissioners they're doing a lousy job, as sweat oozed out of him.

According to his campaign finance report, he's spent $706.80 in his bid to become a Commissioner. Most of that money has gone to a new GOP campaign consultant, Campaign Pilots, and I'll have more about them tomorrow. He also spent money for Dirt Cheap Signs, one of which you can see here.

Looks like he got his money's worth.

Hey, at least he got Bethlehem right!

Just in case you were wondering, when he was a Township Commissioner, he was just as intelligent as he is today.

A decent man you hate so you attack him for no reason. Speak of sweaty unemployed people who wear dingy clothing, was that an autobiography?

Rightly said.

At least Bernie can spell "commissioner" correctly.

"A decent man "

I don't think he's a decent man at all.

Nolan and Birk, now that would be a pair.

@9:35,
That would be worse than what is currently the sparring duel of Nolan and Hudak.

Everybody gets thirteen years of taxpayer-funded education. Those who emerge from it and can't spell commissioner (or detect its misspelling) are not fit for public office and should repay the money that was wasted attempting to educate them. Birk owes taxpayers an apology.

@10:56,
Quite an idea. We could eliminate tax increases for the next 20 years by recovering those wasted dollars just from those on this blog who can't spell.

If this is the best that the RAT can come up with, they should disband.
