After a hiatus that went on for 18 months, I've finally begun my exercise regimen again, trying to knock off a few tons. I'm on my third week, and am walking between 1-3 miles per day. Last night was a 2-miler. It started out nice and sunny, but once I was one mile out, it began to rain. Then it began to pour.
I sought refuge on the porch of a nearby funeral home, and decided to lie down and stretch a bit. Unfortunately, and this has happened to me before, I fell asleep.
Someone at the funeral home woke me when he opened the door and asked if I was a new customer.
Not yet.
I hauled ass.

You are lucky you weren't cited for loitering.
I 'm lucky I wasn't embalmed.
You aren't alone. I got caught both tonight and last night in downpours.
Besides, your friend was also probably following you - and I don't mean God.
Lol that's a funny story
What's the chance of us doing the (new, improved & lengthened) Saucon Rail Trail in the near future? Or is your bike out of commission? It'd take about 3 hours out of your day; Tuesday's are out.
I'll do it. Did it two years ago quite a bit. Hey, I'm theree weeks into fitness. I need another month, and then the fat man will smoke your ass.
