By The Way, It IS About Free Speech
Above you can see some of the numerous signs posted around Nazareth over the past weekend. The signs are usually removed, but the nails, tacks, staples, tape and string remain. On the picture of a parking meter on the upper left, you can see a sticker. It's advertising a skate board business. Nobody has ever been prosecuted for these signs in Nazareth. Trevor Geheret never would have been prosecuted for his stickers, but for their content. That's why it violates the First Amendment. Gehret is not being proescuted for littering or malicious mischief, but for what he said.

I think somebody needs to call in the American Civil Liberties Union.
Cops like Trachta forget it's about "protecting & serving" the citizens in a community.
They've developed an inner profiling trait that distorts their rational thinking!
Exactly right, Bernie. Everyone knows why these three were hunted down. It wasn't the tiny stickers, but his name on them that he didn't like.
How come I'm never lucky enough to get some idiot cop to drop a lawsuit gift in my lap?
Maybe I'll drop by his office and tell him I think he should be fired and then put a, "I (heart) boobies" sticker on his desk. With any luck, he'll make me do a perp walk in shackles.
Does this kid have an attorney yet?
One of the best. I don't want to spoil the surpriose for Chief Trachta.
