Barron Delivers Greatest Speech in Career

I often torment Northampton County Controller Steve Barron because he tends to go on and on forever. It's like he's paid by the word! Things are really bad when he starts out with, "I'll be brief." But I have to congratulate him. Last night, Barron delivered the best speech of his career.
