These three memos corroborate what Bethlehem City Council member jean belinski claims in the post above: (1) a 12/29/09 memo from Bethlehem City Council member Jean Belinski, asking City Council Solicitor Chris Spadoni concerning Council's options; (2) a 12/8/09 memo from Business Administrator Dennis Reichard to City Council member Joe Leeson, acknowledging spending $335,643 in violation of an Ordinance requiring City Council pre-approval. "[M]o member of Council reminded the Administration there was an ordinance ... ."; and (3) a 12/8/09 memo from Business Administrator Dennis Reichard to City Council member Joe Leeson, acknowledging dipping into the treasurer's escrow fund for $2 million more than the $1.8 million authorized by City Council. Because the City paid this sum back, "the Administration feels it did not violate any Ordinance."

So now what Belinski..What are you going to do about it. Ooops, Schweder's gone and you might have to think for yourself...Good luck on that!
This is rich. Instead of looking at the substance of her claims, you slam Belinski. You think that is gonna' fly here? This is not the Apollo.
Council will not take legal action. After the swearing in it's all johnny's boys and girls except for belinski. she is dead in the water = not that she's wrong - she's just dead in the water
