every taxpayer said the bond was a bad move too
When I used to work at the courthouse, I witnessed something that has not yet been duplicated. I saw Hickey talking on two different mobile phones at once and smoking a cigarette. This occurred all at the same time. He only has two hands that we know of.
Maybe, flaming monkeys could possibly fly out of his butt?

Not sure if people got the sarcasm. Mr. Hickey stated the BEST thing Mr. Reibman did was the Bond Issue.
