Allentown's Rabid Pit Bull Located, in Quarantine

The City of Allentown reports that a pit pull bitten by a rabid skunk has been located and is in quarantine.

Think your title is misleading. The dog is probably being held for observation. If the dog develops signs symptoms of rabies, it most likely will be put down.

My info is that the dog was bitten by a rabid skunk. If so, it's only a matter of time for the poor critter. My headline might be misleading in that no one knew for sure.
