William Wallace has been trying to get on Northampton County Council for two years. In 2007, he challenged popular Mike Dowd, a UCC pastor and then Chamber of Commerce VP. Dowd defeated Bill 5027 to 4082, but Wallace refused to participate in the smear campaigns being waged by other Democrats. He ran a clean campaign focused on bringing passenger rail to the Lehigh Valley. Ironically, Rev. Dowd is the council member who later introduced a rail transportation study.
Wallace, a schoolteacher, is trying again, this time for an at-large seat. In addition to the video above, you can read about him in detail at The Express Times Voter Guide.

And you claim Lorraine is vague, good grief.
The only thing he didn't throw out there was the tooth fairy making flights to Orlando from LV International.
That's why I'm thankful for the video. You may see things I don't.
He is 7 feet tall and blows lightning bolts out of his arse...
He seems angry.
