Attention-seeker Tricia Mezzacappa has been spotted in downtown Bethlehem, open carrying a firearm. I've already received two calls.
Updated Friday, 1:30 AM: Mezzacappa was confronted by some poor soul at this event. Here's how she explains it.
I was unlawfully accosted and illegally detained by some punk in a yellow shirt and long hair, standing next to that ghoulish wacko Dana Grube who was taking photos for the Bethlehem Press. In the presence of Grube , who was there to harass me, the punk said that I was unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Her criticism of Dana Grubb (not Grube) tells me she thinks he is the one who snapped her picture and sent it to me. He's not. The picture below, which includes her with Dana in front of her, taking pictures, should make that clear.
Tempted, (but kept my mouth shut and left) I had a fleeing [sic] thought to show this ass what unlawful is, in regard to a firearm, like pistol whipping his face bloody and unrecognizable . Just the type of activity that people like rapist and animal abuser Bernie O'Hare so desperately want, so that I will never be able to own or carry one again.
I hope the fat fuck pops an anneurism [sic]and drops dead in that one room Nazareth hovel
Mezzacappa does have the right to open carry. But a license is required for "carrying a firearm concealed on or about one's person or in a vehicle throughout this Commonwealth." It makes no difference whether it is loaded. There are some common-sense exceptions to this rule, like hunting or going to a gun show. But there's no hunting, firing ranges or gun shows at Payrow Plaza. She broke the law.
