Atiyeh Gives Callahan $2000

Abe Atiyeh, who'd really, really, really, really like to build an apartment building instead of an assisted living facility at Dewberry & Center in Bethlehem, has just give Bethlehem Mayor John Callahan $2,000, according to a 24-hour report filed in the elections office on Monday. I'm sure Abe is just giving to Callahan because he likes city governments that finish in the red.

This jerk is consistent. Big Browning supporter too. He supports any fool who pretends to be the peoples representative. End the hypocrisy and vote for reform today!

B O lets not forget that him and his cronies also gave to John Stoffa and your boy the bulldog.

Why not set up a separate entry for today only to report voting irregularities.

Good idea.

Atiyeh gave no last minute dough to Angle. And I never saw a report for the money he spent on Stoffa.

The $2000 is a ruse. How about all the cash Abe and others give to Johnny Casino, cash which never makes it to the election reports?

I will give credit where credit is due. This guy can't get his way in Whitehall, Bethlehem City and Township and he is stacking the elections anyway he can. He may sweep Bethlehem Township with his candidates and will have the Mayor of Whitehall.

The mayor raised over 2 million last year from thousands of people...how is a $2000 donation anything? really whats the point

He raised that money for a Congressional race and it went into that fund. This one went into the local till. It tells me lots of things.
