In a blistering 37-page opinion, conservative jurist Matthew Brann has rejected Donald Trump's attempt to put the brakes on the Pennsylvania presidential election certification process. His ruling is "with prejudice," meaning that Trump is unable to refile. Trump's only option in court is an appeal.
"Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.
"That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice."
U.S. Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) is calling on Trump to "accept the outcome of the election and facilitate the presidential transition process.” His failure to do so thus far has endangered our national security and hampered this country's ability to deal with the Covid-19 crisis. But Trump cares only about Trump.

His end game? That's easy. He will use the money he's been collecting from his sucker cultists to help defend him against the shit storm that has been steadily growing in Cy Vance Jr. and Letitia James offices in NY. He will never officially concede and have his own rally on the day Biden is inaugurated. Here's hoping NY gets him on all counts of criminal and civil fraud for tax evasion and he goes away for a few years. His brand name will become toxic and maybe, just maybe we can scrape the shit stain off of our country that is his legacy.
The Trump legal strategy appears to be nothing more than bring crappy cases and expect the Supreme Court to somehow hand the election to Trump. I'm betting that they won't do it.

A tremendous, growing amount of evidence is claimed to show not only state governments over-stepping their authority, but also foul play through computer algorithms. The recent Pennsylvania decision didn’t sort through enough exhibits and testimony, in MY opinion. The next couple weeks should be quite newsworthy all across the nation.
Um, this claim about algorithms, made with reference to Dominion, is sheer nonsense. Dominion is in use in 14 Pa. counties. If cheating went on, it would immediately be disclosed by the back up paper. Moreover, Trump run those counties. These are GOP counties and what you are therefore saying is thaT GOP election officials in those counties hacked into those Dominion systems to throw the election to Biden.
This has nothing to do within the courts. This disinformation is being spewed to con Republicans who have been conditioned to believe that everything Trump says is fake news is actually fake news.
There will be a push to ignore the state certifications and appoint electors who will vote Trump.
Trump and his lackeys should be investigated and charged under RICO statutes. This silliness of Trump profiting from Government activities is the tip of very deep corruption. The only stealing being executed or attempted is by Trump and his minions. They all deserve first class rooms at the Ritz Leavenworth.
You are a little light on specifics, Chris Casey. I would need to hear better quality evidence in proof of these accusations.
All Anon 4:48 need do is file a Federal FOI on how Trump has steered all official foreign dignitaries to staying at his hotels and paying his entities. Who needs an emoluments clause? You are not supposed to profit from your office. He has from day one. but I guess FAUX news never reported on it, especially since they and Trump profit from each other.
