APD "Use of Force" Policy, Available Online, Bans Choke Holds

You can read the use of force policy here. Interestingly, the "[u]se of neck restraints or similar weaponless control techniques (choke holds) is prohibited. Preventing imminent death or serious bodily injury to a member or citizen is the only possible exception to the prohibition."

Deadly Force, Cheiocom governor Newsome is stock piling AR drop-ins to convert the ugly black rifle into a aromatic militarized rifle. This is to give them to his treasonist counterparts operating as Americans.

Bernie, can you check if intimidation by cops falls into this new Allentown law? If so does it have any color written into there bylaws training manual?

Bernie, is there any place in this new ordnance that allows for police to go around threatening citizens?
