Tom Osborne, who is as blue as they come, while sitting in his car with his grandson, told police that DisGrace popped him. They declined to fie charges because DeGrace denied anything had happened. The Lehigh County DA, however, approved a private complaint for summary harassment when several witnesses claimed that DeGrace had bragged about it.
The penalty for summary harassment is usually a small fine of up to $300.
Ed "Disgrace" DeGrace is a goon who used threats, intimidation and profanity to silence anyone who dares criticize Allentown Mayor Edwin Pawlowski. He has the distinction of being the first anonymous troll I ever outed, way back in 2008. That has made no difference in his behavior. He's also the man behind a $8,000 illegal contribution to Fed Ed's first mayoral run in 2005. He chaired the PAC which donated this money, but has never filed a report indicating where he got his money.
Despite his sordid reputation, Ce-Ce Gerlach was only too happy to use him in her Allentown City Council race, and even complimented him on Facebook.
His summary trial is scheduled for July 9, 2:30 pm, before Magisterial District Judge Ronald S Manescu.

LV4A has very little money, most of their meager funds are obtained through membership dues paid by local members
I was at the Lehigh Valley For All anti-gun rally in Allentown. It was a great Allentown event.

On Monday March 11, 2019 at approximately 2:30 – 3:00 pm after picking up his Grandson, Tom stopped at his home in Allentown to pick up a few items he had forgotten. Considering parking is always difficult, he needed to park up the street closer to Liberty Street. After retrieving the items he and his grandson got back into the car and started on the way to take his grandson home. Rather than driving down the Street, he turned left into the alley (Early Street) heading West in the alley. As he approached Muhlenberg Street, he noticed a car parked perpendicular in the alley in front of him, blocking the alley. As he approached Muhlenberg Street he realized that the car belonged to Mr. Ed DE grace and also noticed Mr. DE grace charging toward his car yelling obscenities and racial slang terms at me!! Mr. DE grace yelled “Fuckin Cracker and Fuckin Harp” at him a number of times and Tom was disgusted considering his 4 year old grandson was in the back seat.
As Mr. DE grace approached the driver side of the car, as Tom was sitting in the car, Tom inquired “what is wrong”? With that Mr. DE grace took a swipe towards his face in the car and knocked a lite cigarette out of his mouth. Tom leaned down to pick up the cigarette and as he raised his head Mr. DE grace unprovoked punched him twice on his chin near his mouth. Needless to say he was shocked!!!
Mr. DE grace was yelling like a mad man “that Tom should not be talking about his wife using vulgar terms”. After he punched Tom, Ed said to Tom “maybe this will keep your mouth shut “To be honest Tom was unaware that Mr. DE grace was still married nor was he aware of which wife Mr. DE grace was referring to? Tom met his 3rd wife twice, once when they crashed their Neighborhood Block party and another time when they stopped in front of Tom's house. So Tom had not a clue what Mr. DE grace was referring to!!
What kind of person would do such a thing? A thug or a person who is mentally deranged!!!!

Just bringing this back. DeGrace is still running his mouth around town about this incident. I’ve personally heard him talking about shooting “that mf-er” as well as throw out rude things about white people. His Facebook is public too, the fact he’s allowed to work with kids at St Thomas Moore is pretty disgusting.
