On November 21, 2017, Norco' Department of Community & Economic Development will be relocated to the Northampton County Human Services Building with a new address of Northampton County Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), 2801 Emrick Blvd., 1st Floor
Bethlehem, PA 18020.
Office hours remain 8:30 - 4:30 daily, Monday through Friday.
There will be no change in staff telephone numbers or email addresses.
The department is currently next to the bullpen, where inmates await trips to see a judge.
