Criticism of any person is pretty much meaningless unless you attach your name to it and take responsibility for it. Otherwise, it is little more than a cowardly cheap shot.

I wrote on Mike's blog that the NIZ is a trickle down project;exactly what the Left claims never works. Yet they are lining up behind this one. And why not? It's free money and they don't have any better ideas on how to turn the city around.
