Most of those people are there to see me, reigning champion of the PPPA (Professional Pickleball Players Ass'n). Occasionally, I put on clinics there. Like a chess grandmaster, I've been easily defeating players on multiple courts simultaneously. Just last week, I clobbered Gracedale residents in one set and Shafer Elementary School kids in another. Gracedale's geriatrics had no idea what hit them, but at least they weren't little crying like the little brats from grade school. I just laughed at them. I concluded with an exhibition match against Lamont McClure, who had to be rushed to the hospital after three minutes of play. "I'd rather be going to an exclusive employee health clinic," he muttered as they carted him away.

I don't know what makes this game popular, but its nice to see those who enjoy it have places to play it.
More lighted Basketball courts, a return to pick up Baseball and Football games. Get the kids off the video games. Put the resources there. The over indulgent baby boomer’s and their need to engage in pickle ball and stay active is just another example of the self centered focus they have had on themselves since there own youth in the late 50’s and 60s. As one of the great icons of there youth, JFK, once reminded us all, “Let the word go forth, that the torch has been passed to a new Generation of Americans, born in this Century….”
Use actual pickles and you'll have my attention. I predict those courts are the first thing to be closed during the next pandemic. NorCo knows that recreation and pandemics don't mix. Be warned.
We tried to get on those courts at 10am on Saturday. Absolutley mobbed. I mean MOBBED! I figured it was a club who came and took all of the courts. Was it? Or just a swarming mass of wishful PB'ers? Inquiring minds want to know.........
The only pickle you play with is between your legs. LOL
We love you Bernie.
Lamont can beat you in beer pong !
Those who care for their neighbors don't engage in Pickleball. It is a noisy annoyance that disturbs the peace and lowers our quality of life. It's time to stop this madness before it gets even worse ...

I could see how the constant popping of the plastic ball could get on someone's nerves. Most pickleball courts are in parks and away from residences. It's actually a fun game, and one I've never won.
Lazy man's tennis. A silly game that anyone, regardless of talent or athleticism can play. And annoying too, between the loud clanking of the balls and the childish cheers of the geezers that play the game. Even lawn darts takes more skill!
