I was right and wrong about Frank Pintabone. I told you I expected him to win one of three seats on Easton City Council, and he did. I told him there was no way he could come out ahead of Kenny Brown, but he did. He led all seven candidates with 1.252 votes. Brown is close behind with 1,114. The race for the third spot is very close, and cold change once county election officials begin their canvass. Right now, Crystal Rose has the lead for spot #3 with 1,025 votes. But Ken Greene is just 37 votes behind her.
I'm sorry to say that two-term Council member David O'Connell won only 620 votes and was defeated.
I'll tell you how Frank captured the top spot in a day or two.

This guy is going to be in In Panto’s pocket. Frank was dealing with RU in old days. Now that RU is in the prison Life for murder, and peckerhead voters just put this moron that would have dogshit in his house ,on city council. F&$n just great. David that is an intellectual is out ? There is something really wrong with leadership everywhere. I think it’s because we allow incompetent people that can’t do anything,vote. This is the problem. Voting should have some minimum qualifications, a litmus test. The good of society shouldn’t be be determined by people that can’t do for themselves, uneducated, that are on welfare, snap or housing. Look at at our vice Governor! He’s a train wreck. Never had a real job and he’s in Harrisburg?

The south used t have a litmus test. If you were white, you voted. Before Andrew Jackson, you had to own property. Until the beginning of the last century, you had to be male. There were "literacy" tests used to discriminate against minorities. They were abolished by the Civil Rights Act.
And that's why America is swirling down the toilet. How soon before China overtakes us?
