1)The person either: (i) made or caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise
2)The person did so with the intent to defraud that included an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.
There appears to be a serious problem here with the dates the so-called misdeeds took place. Paperwork shows the recording of the payments were made AFTER Trump had turned over control of his company to his two adult sons! I don’t fully understand how the timing works but experts also now giving evidence the indictment identifies no behavior of any real crime.
This will be an interesting, but disturbing and sad discussion going forward. To think they are running out the date of any trial to 2024 will have all of our heads spinning long before then.
Democrats lost all creditability with the latest witch hunt they are killing our democracy.
