Remembering 9/11

BETHLEHEM, PA – U.S. Rep. Charlie Dent (PA-15), a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, issued the following statement regarding the 9th anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States:

“This weekend, countless Americans across the country will gather to recognize the 9th anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks. With heavy hearts, our attention will turn to New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia, where thousands of lives were taken by radical terrorists determined to end the American way of life, and the families in communities throughout the United States who lost loved ones.

"While the horrific acts that unfolded on a quiet morning nine years ago illustrated the most disturbing and vile aspects of humanity, it is important that we remember the hatred of those who perpetrated and supported these attacks will forever be overshadowed by the compassion and solidarity exhibited by the American people in their aftermath.

"As we appropriately memorialize the many lives lost on September 11th, 2001, let us also pay tribute to the selfless and heroic acts of the first responders and civilians who risked their own safety to help those in danger.”

I wish someone would explain what happened to WT7 and how it collapsed at near freefall into its own foot print even though it was not hit by a plane.

Conspiracy theorists are intellectually lazy, but mostly just stupid (e.g. "fire can't melt steel").

That Popular Mechanics article is a scholarly work citing engineers and architects, including one who designed the buildings.

The conspiracy theorists only cite Rosie O'Donnell, Access Hollywood, and a couple of guys wearing tinfoil hats and living in mom's basement.

911 Truthers are wackier than Birthers and Area 51 crazies. Even the Obama administration has purged these nutz from its ranks.

I've been wearing a tin-foil hat drinking in my basement, in the dark, long before these wacko 911 freaks came into existence. Don't associate my lifestyle with these weirdos. Tin-Foil Rules!!!!

lol - Popular Mechanics / government is the biggest conspirator.

Next stop Third World Status.

Government loves it when you
fight and are distracted among
yourselves.

,_;_, for not being focus.
