In the Exec race, Lamont McClure slightly increased his lead. He now has 37,985 votes to 29,867 cast for Steve Lynch. He has 56% of the votes cast in that race.

Heckman and Dems Retain Control in NorCo
Early this morning, I reported that Republicans had managed to gain control of NorCo Council by capturing three of the five seats up for grabs. But a tally of dropbox votes deposited before 8 pm, as well as the voting machines at a few precincts, show that Democrats have retained control. The winners of this contest, at least as of now, are Tara Zrinski (Dem - 33,367 votes); Lori Vargo-Heffner (Dem - 32,104 votes); John Goffredo (Rep. - 31,985 votes); Ron Heckman (Dem - 31,817 votes); and John Brown (Rep. - 31,759 votes).

The amazing thing is there are at least 2,000 sensible Republicans who did not vote for Lynch but cast votes in the Council race. I think that number is actually larger and it will be interesting to see the total undervote in the Executive race.
Huh it's like opposition to Lynch bled down to these races. Who would have guessed? I suppose Lisa Scheller might have to remove him from payroll soon.
Nice to see John Brown found some type of steady employment, though why voters would want to return the worst County Executive to a position as a member of council is beyond me.

The age of corruption will be coming to an end in Northampton County. They have no idea who they messed with! God's people are just beginning this march! I am invigorated to eviscerate the swamp creatures in our county and their evil deeds. Remember, God is at work! This administration and their minions miscalculated big time messing with me, my family, and We the People. Lions are now cirlcing and we have no care or concern to appease your desire to allow corruption to continue because you refuse to be informed of facts. Suit up Patriots... Lynch and his followers are blaming the mail in vote for his loss. I guess they don't realize that all that were voted through also included mail in votes. It doesn't involve critical race theory but it does involve critical thinking. He is going to be deleting the "trolls" soon too. He needs a safe place.
Facts get them every time. I am now blocked for pointing a few out.
Not what the county vote totals showed as of midnight. Something smells fishy here, and it's not Lynch this time. Mircale , mail in votes appear at 8pm, and I'm the tooth fairy!

For the county residents and employees it would have been nice to have some balance between council and executive. Unfortunately most don't speak the language of their constituents. They all have their own agenda
