Willie Reynolds - Emergency Management
Abe Kassis (Norco Ass't DA) - State Police

This is a great opportunity for Willie Reynolds to display some leadership. He can either try and get the state to increase the subsidy to Bethlehem EMS or he can come back and report on how more effective it would be to merge with either county. Finally a win win for the citizens of Bethlehem.

If you are not on the transition list you are : either out politically or potentially a candidate for appointment. One can logically conclude that none of these names will be appointed to job, cabinet or commission.
