Congressman Tim Holden to Open Easton Campaign Office on Friday
Congressman Tim Holden, who will be representing part of the Lehigh Valley next year, intends to open a campaign office in Easton this Friday. Located at 431 Northampton Street, the office will open officially at 5:30 PM. Holden is running against challenger Matt Cartwright for the Democratic nomination. The winner will face Republican Laureen Cummings. According to Gort, she is a tea party activist.

Boy, is the liberal elite college crowd in Easton going to hate Tim Holden, a third-rate intellect who has been peddling his conservative credentials for years.
Matt Cartwright already has an office open in Easton.
Can you tell me where it is?
Matt Cartwright's office is at 355 Ferry Street. It has been open for a few weeks. I'm an Easton Dem and I support Cartwright. I am not willing to see the seat go to a conservative democrat. Matt's first office was in Easton. He really cares about the Lehigh Valley.
Who cares what holier-than-thou, elite college kids and their need for thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars of free pills and abortions think? ...
... the most important feature of this article is to let everyone know the woman is a Tea Party activist ...
... so all Obama's alleged (read, hypocritical) rules on Civility, etc., will not count and it will be okay to hurl slurs degrading the Homosexual lifestyle.

9:29... might I suggest getting back on your meds. No tea party activist will win this district. Holden is now too conservative for the district. it is ripe for a hard core liberal.
"elite college crowd in Easton" ????
where are they? I thought they all vacated the city and moved to Bethlehem. Only a handful of instructors left. As for the students, obvious products of right- wing, Republican households. Fourth generation legacies who make every blue list including conservative PACs

Wow, these posts are somnething else. First of all I support "our" Congressman for a number of reasons. While some local Dems may feel he is too conservative I am part of the conservative portion of the Democratic Party. Tim Holden has a 20 year record representing a Republican district. This will be the first time in his 20 years that he will have a Democratic district. His votes, as they should, reflect his constituents. He is a 20 year veteran, head of the PA delegation and on the Transportation Committee - a real plus for Easton. You don't throw that kind of experience and seniority away because in the end he is still a democrat. Those that are supporting the other individual must not care to lose the seat in November.
I love the trolling comments from Holden's staff. I guess since they have no more immigrants to execute in the streets of Schuylkill County, why not?
Yep, people who justify homicide by saying "Well he had it a coming, he was here illegally" are Timmy's base.
Hey where is the tough talk from Schuylkill County's former Sheriff on vigilante hate crimes in the disguise of immigration control? I recall the Blue Dog has stayed away from that case. I guess he doesn't want to scare off his base. How in touch with the LV!
9;29 how.did the tea party members do in this past election, in Easton and Bethlehem??? Exactly. They are crazy
There's no room for the tea party in A-Town, Bethlehem, and Easton. These shimmering pearls are one-party paradises and don't need interlopers with other ideas.
Sincerely,

Dear STILL SICK...
Dude, I was mocking he who had not yet uttered "bagger" on this thread.
He/She/It will show up, eventually.

I've begun deleting the "teabagger" comments. I've had enough of them.

The Death of the "Tea Party"
They are now in the throes of death.
Funny, the cause of death will be reported as a suicide.
Suicide.
That's a laugh.
The real suicide will occur with the re-election of Obama ...
... but I'm sure it is all Greek to you, America.
