This property is right across the street from the Northampton County Courthouse. I'm no contractor, but I think they need a new chimney.

Bernie, who have been such a great influence in promoting the political climate in this area; now your a offended by the fruit you have grown. lol, nothing is beyond you is there?
I own this home and am working on getting the chimney replaced. I am appalled by your actions and will never speak to you again or do anything to help you. You are a disgrace to the County that I worked for for over 20 years.
I'm a disgrace to more than the county. I thought the leaning chimney was funny and it is dangerous, pat. It may offend you, but people around the courthouse need to be careful around your house or they cold be hit by something.
If you would have been profesional enough to call me, you would have known that I was aware of the problem, as well as the Courthouse is, and that I am working to get it fixed.
In the meantime, people in the area need to be careful, and that's the point of my blog. Nobody called you irresponsible or a slumlord, and what happened to you could hapen to anyone. But people should really know. There is a lot of foot traffic near the courthouse and I am sure, Pat, that you would not want to see anyone injured.
And incidentally, I did not know you own that house. I know you own and live in the one next door, and had no reason to contact you.
My understanding was that the owner did know, ut this post was not for the owner's benefit; it was for the benefit of the many people who walk in that vicinity.
Mr. O'Hare, You can't imagine how many houses out there are in frightening dangerous condition. Some with only one electric outlet per room filled with extension cords.
"Northampton County Council President Ron Angle badgered and harassed his ailing father, who accused his son of keeping him in the dark about finances."
Sal Panto says: Thansk Bernie. This is no joke to me, it is a safety issue and I will have our codes office check with the owner to make sure he is actually working on getting it repaired. I drive the city everyday on my inspections.....I better start looking up.
Thanks for caring. I suppose it's funny only if nobody gets hurt. Pat is mad at me right now, but this really is a dangerous situation bc if that chimney goes, it could decide to go right down the front roof and onto a havily-traveled sidewalk. I know she would not want that to happen. She is a good person and you probably know her. She did work at the county for many years and also worked with Josie.
This matter was brought to my attention by a Deputy Sheriff. I believe, but am not sure, that they contacted both code and Pat.

I believe the homeowner hails from Italy. Pisa, to be exact.

October is Fire Prevention Month. Your bringing this issue to light is timely. And we don't need another Hubcap Store falling apart in front of us.
Mr. O'Hare,

And whitey's on the moon.
Why would this homeowner call attention to hmself? It was obviously a joke by Bernie. Lighten up already.
Looks like one of Angles properties.

Where is your entry about this Mr O'Hare??
I don;t know where you were but I sat in on a lot of that trial, and the goldigger was exposed for what she is.

Keep up the good work!
Maybe next you will start doing exposee's on the Angle properties. What? I didn't think so.

Sal Panto:
our code officer was there yesterday and again today. we hooked the owner up with a contractor that could take care of it immediately.
Thanks for the heads up./
