Karen Pooley, Executive Director of Allentown's Redevelopment Authority, probably took a few hours off from work yesterday. She gave birth to Jace Elliot Pooley at 12:20 pm. He weighs in at 6 pounds 13 ounces, and is 20 inches long. Karen and Jace are both healthy. The proud father, Jeff Pooley, is an assistant professor of media and communication at Muhlenberg College. He encouraged both NewsOverCoffee and me when we both entered the blogosphere. Jeff also blogs with Pete Lewnes at Seventh Street Now. Jeff and Karen reside in downtown Allentown with daughter Keller, practicing what they preach.
Jace has already uttered his first word - Molovinsky.
