Jane Ervin and Don Cunningham, former political foes, will let bygones be bygones this Wednesday. Ervin, now CEO of Community Services for Children, will join the Lehigh County Executive Cunningham for a joint news conference on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 11 a.m. They've received a $1 million federal Recovery Grant to provide developmental assistance to abused and neglected infants and toddlers, as well as support services to their caregivers to prevent future abuse.During times of recession, the demand for human services generally increases. This might actually save a few innocent lives.
