The Morning Call is Looking For a Few Good Questions

The Morning Call, PBS-39, Muhlenberg College and the Greater LV Chamber of Commerce will be hosting debates for the 15th (Incumbent Charlie Dent v. Rick Daugherty) and 17th (Laureen Cummings v. Matt Cartwright) Congressional Districts.

The double D debate (Dent and Daugherty) will take place on October 16, 8 PM. The very next night, at the same bat time, Laureen Cummings will square off against Matt Cartwright. Both of these close encounters of the political kind will take place at the brand, spankin' new PBS39 studios in Bethlehem's SteelStacks, where you can buy a commemorative mug with Jeff Parks' picture for just $3,500. You're invited, but if you can't make it, the program is being televised live.

Here's the cool part. You can videotape yourself, asking a question, and then posting it to YouTube. If the question is picked, you'll be on television, where you'll be seen by millions, , thousands , hundreds of viewers.

Who knows? It might be just the break you need for an opening in the adult entertainment industry. Lord knows, I've tried.

Michael Duck, whom I knew back when he had a beard, has the details above. He'll only be accepting questions until Friday at noon. Your youtube video link can be emailed to mobile@mcall.com or mcall.com/facebook.

Here is a good question:

Is there anything being done to investigate whether the new hockey arena in Allentown is potentially a hazardous and harmful from radiation or toxic waste?

According to the Morning Call, the PADEP screened the property.

The 9:16 question has nothing to do with the Congressional races.
