You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
Slow at Farmersville Elementary at 8:30 (Bethlehem Township 4th Ward, 3rd District). Things running smoothly. Mrs. Mackenzie there passing out leaflets.
ReplyDeleteBusy! Lines in Bethlehem! Reports of 50 or more people in line at opening on the west side of Bethlehem and in Hanover Township NC. Blue wave coming!
ReplyDeleteUpper Macungie district 2 - line out the door - they only had 1 I-Pad to check people in the wait was well over a half hour. They sent the wrong equipment. Government at work. Inefficient and half assed.
ReplyDeleteisn't that Lehigh County?
Deletebusy when it opened in lockridge at 7. Was easy and efficient to vote.
ReplyDeleterepublican who voted straight democrat with the exception of jarrett over pinsley
Slow at Forks Elementary. I know they are just doing their job, but those people handing out leaflets always annoy the crap out of me. Do they really think people are so ill-informed that a pamphlet handed out as they walk into the polling place will sway their decision?
ReplyDeleteWho knows... Maybe there are people that ill-informed. Which scares me that they are even voting in the first place.
Most people are "ill-informed" as you put it
DeleteAgree. I usually shout "F-off" as I approach the campaign bots. That usually creates space and a peaceful path to the polls. I'm a bipartisan F-offer.
DeleteIt’s dead which tells me tons of mail in votes, low republican turnout, bob brooks win and anybody else who is blue by a landslide
ReplyDeleteThere was a glitch at a poll in Bangor way earlier that was corrected quickly.
