Posting the actual videos here tend to slow down this blog, so I'll instead provide links to some of thewebcasting arguments made by Lehigh County Comm'rs last night.
1) Dean Browning: There's not enough votes. Video here.
2) David Jones. Has a "stroke" of conscience and Bill Leiner is like Jesus in Gethsemane, up all night, worrying about webcasts. Video here.
3) Percy Dougherty. Looking for a few good webcasters. Video here.
4) Glenn Eckhart. We need to do this soon, but not now. Video here.
5) Andy Roman. We're majoring in the minors. Video here.

The fact that they're not wanting a video broadcast of these meetings make me realize they NEED a video broadcast of their meetings.
Their unwillingness to be transparent makes me believe they are up to no good - it's offensive to me as a voter that they would choose to NOT communicate better with their constituents.
Oh well, I suppose that's business as usual. Who knows, maybe they don't want people actually learning something about how their tax dollars are being spent.
What I like about video is that people can see what is going on and reach their own conclusions. It has much more impact than reading the dry words.
They need to realize that it's not all about them. THey're so worried about appearing foolish on camera but the public speaks at these meetings too. Check this out, Bernie....this brilliant young Republican woman has become an Internet sensation after explaining how to solve all California's problems ....
