Cunningham to Detail Lehigh County's Five Year Plan
Lehigh County Executive Don Cunningham will present the details of his administration’s five year capital plan—covering the years 2010 through 2014—on Thursday, July 9, at 2 p.m. in the Public Hearing Room of Government Center, 17 South 7th Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Let's hope the five year plan takes into account the general state of the economy over the next five years. Now's not the time to be launching new projects. Tougher days and tougher decisions are to come before the economy and jobs situation really turns around.
The Kremlin used to issue this kind of fiction on a regular basis; and organs of the "press" just played along. This should be rich.
