How the hell is a $350 million shortfall to be celebrated? To the 310 PM wacko: opposing a budget with a $350 million shortfall is wise.
Color me stupid but if revenues are up and debt is going down, it seems like good news.
Dear fake Bob Freeman,Thank God for Bob Freeman..he doesnt support the idea of cutting hundreds of millions of dollars in corporate tax breaks while trashing public education ansd human service budgets like the pathetic Republican governor.
