Northampton County and Lehigh University's Small Business Development Center are teaming up to provide training for small businesses on how to rebound from the pandemic. Here's what the programming involves, according to a county news release:

Who is paying for this? You never mentioned this in your covid money stories.
The source of funds for this is the CARES Act. I usually do mention that in my Covid grant stories, but neglected it here and in my most recent small business grant story.
Bernie why are you not talking about the travesty Pennsylvania just handed its residents by deciding to use the 1.3 Billion dollars on itself vice giving it to the people suffering most from COVID's lock-downs.
I have little regard for wolf and what he has done and failed to do and have made that pretty clear in. Numerous stories.
This isn't just about Wolf this is about the whole failure of the General Assembly in Pennsylvania. The government doesn't care about the people. The government in typical fashion always eats first.
