  1. Who is paying for this? You never mentioned this in your covid money stories.

  2. The source of funds for this is the CARES Act. I usually do mention that in my Covid grant stories, but neglected it here and in my most recent small business grant story.

  3. Bernie why are you not talking about the travesty Pennsylvania just handed its residents by deciding to use the 1.3 Billion dollars on itself vice giving it to the people suffering most from COVID's lock-downs.

  4. I have little regard for wolf and what he has done and failed to do and have made that pretty clear in. Numerous stories.

  5. This isn't just about Wolf this is about the whole failure of the General Assembly in Pennsylvania. The government doesn't care about the people. The government in typical fashion always eats first.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
