Overall, Tik Tok's community is toxic and is not safe for children, as many people follow users just to make fun of them and their videos (while sharing them on Instagram and calling them flops) which is essentially cyber bullying.
He's not much of a businessman. Don't ban any of them. As a hiring manager, TikTok and other social media platforms are a godsend. I've avoided more potential problems than I can count by using a service that scours and reports on candidates. An ounce of prevention ....
