Why Trump Really Wants to Ban TikTok

Sarah Cooper's Trump lip-syncs are mostly on Tik Tok.

  1. Overall, Tik Tok's community is toxic and is not safe for children, as many people follow users just to make fun of them and their videos (while sharing them on Instagram and calling them flops) which is essentially cyber bullying.

  2. You mean like Trump does on Twitter?

  3. He's not much of a businessman. Don't ban any of them. As a hiring manager, TikTok and other social media platforms are a godsend. I've avoided more potential problems than I can count by using a service that scours and reports on candidates. An ounce of prevention ....

  4. TikTok is known to open its users to spying.

  5. Stick with youtube and Instagram. More smut and Trump comments censored

  6. I see, 12:03. Censoring speech and documents by people who have a different view from your own is a good thing. Are you a citizen of Communist China?

  7. So, ban the press from the RNC convention? I hope people wake up soon and realize that our democracy is in real danger!

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
