NorCo Exec John Brown has just released his proposed budget for next year. It's a $379 spending plan that holds the line on a tax hike. I'll have a detailed analysis on Monday.

Did you get a PDF, or in print? I looked on the NorCo website, and couldn't find a link. Thanks.
It's Brow's typical way of doing things. Friday. After hours. Yes, I have a pdf, and will load it over the weekend if he fails to put it on the county's web site.
I received a copy at 4:52 pm via email. Perhaps it was hand-delivered and emailed. I don't like seeing the Sheriff's office used as errand boys. They have more important things to do.

They delivered the, to council members houses at 7pm Friday night. Had the sheriffs office play post office.

Probably one of your spies in the courthouse.
